Be Open to Customer Feedback and Concerns

  • During the booking process, find out what the client specifically wants from his experience. Ask him what activities he enjoys.
  • Provide a contact form on your website for customers to give feedback and respond politely to them all.
  • Provide a very discreet service without compromising the safety of workers or clients.
